If I could have found a Z06 for under 40k with a warranty that's what I would be driving. Best bang for the buck car on the market hands down. Good runs.

I had to go check, lol. Looks like a low mileage '07 is right around $50k, I paid $33k for mine so I'd say he has a little to spare even with the blower, but I see your point.

I paid 30k for my 08 coupe in 2009 with 16k miles on it, and it made 650 rw. Vettes dont hold value for shit because they are over priced and dealers give them away (the right ones do anyway)... so it's easy to pick up a nice one at a cheap price. Ask Steve, he looked for a while, he knows they are all over cheap as chips. I love Mustangs, but Id rather have a lightly used Vette for half the price (vs a Shelby, Id never be happy in a stock 5.0). |

The C7 coming out is gonna make the prices drop HARD core due to too many for sale and no buyers... |

This car is epic too, wants 50k for 1200rw...

I don't know where a "nice 5.0" is $40+, mine's a '13 premium with all options other than Nav and Recaros and I bought it in April of '12. The Boss I can understand but I was also somewhat referring to owning a brand new car, not one that's 6/7 years old with 50k miles or more.

nice as in loaded up with shit. I looked and the ones I wanted were all mid to high 30s. No I didnt get a last year deal like Steve or other people cause I wasnt looking seriously, just what I gathered in my few weeks of research. The whole point is the prices are a lot closer than people think. Just cause you see a 20 y/o kid in a C6Z doesnt mean he paid 70-100 grand for it... :insane: |
No, didn't make it out last night. I'll get there eventually! I don't think getting mine to trap 128-130 on my track tune should be too hard based on what I'm reading....

I've got well under $40k in my car total....
