Top of the parking garage, dont quote me but i think its the east garage.
Usually starts around 7-8.
Most people end up at a restaurant in the town centre or off william d tate for some grub.
I can cruise out there to check it out. It is pretty damn far from me if it's nice out who cares. :)

Yeah I'll get out there if I have my car back by then. We went to the wrong garage last time so don't make the same mistake we did. It's NOT the garage by the movie theater. Not sure if that makes it the East/west or not but don't get your ass lost like we did trying to find it.
