Default Railroad trespassing

I was taking pics of my car by a rail yard and apparently I was trespassing on railroad property. Didnt get a ticket but I got put into a database of people that have been caught on railroad property. Anyone else have this happen?

9-11-2001 changed an awful lot of things in this country. This is one of them.
Remember the threats that were voiced against Amtrak during that time period? Security was increased in train operations.

There is an old concrete load area in FW behind the UTA Ft. Worth center where you can drive along side the tracks. There are not signs about trespassing, nor any type of fence/gate to deter people from going down there. Nic and myself have been there taking photos with no issues, and sometimes there are even trains parked there.

Don't worry too much about this. Its just a just incase to something happens here we have a place to start looking type of thing. If you were on rail property it's prolly just normal procedure to do what he did.

It is a "just in case thing" as said above. However, BNSF isn't someone you want to screw with. They can get federal charges quickly so be very nice to them.

...I gots me a badge that allows me to be on BNSF property

standard procedure even when your on the road as conductors/engineers you have to report anyone being within 3 feet of the track or anything suspicious.
Even had to report a 10yr old kid playing with her parents on some abandoned tracks that we never used while they waved at us. Only did it since a manager was doing a ridealong and it was proper procedure felt bad about it the whole time.

But it's just a formality right? This isn't going to come back to bite me in some weird way later will it?
