Default Re: Strange vs. Koni Yellow Adjustables

This season I'll be running the Strange struts up front with the stock GT springs and the Strange shocks out back with V6 springs. Great weight transfer you can feel and smooth ride. Run the fronts on 2 and rears on 5 but will be doing some testing tomorrow at Crandall. Will get 60' numbers versus my old Roush 1" lowering springs and Steeda nonadjustable struts/shocks I ran last year.

Go with a 6 on the right rear, will help with torsional loads.

Well, I just pulled the trigger on some Koni Yellows. I was planning on going with the Stranges, but saw where effective 3/1/13, a lot of places are doing a 20% off on Koni's. I ended up ordering through Summit and got fronts, backs, and GT500 strut mounts + delivered for $728! I thought that was a pretty good deal. Just passing this along in case anyone's currently on the fence about buying any.

He quoted me a good price before I heard about the sale. I probably should have checked with him one more time but I got impatient.

Damn! I keep spending money! Came across a decent deal on Brembo's today. $600 delivered for calipers, rotors, and pads from a 2013 with 3500 miles. Wasn't planning on it, but I'd like to have them on my car and it seemed like a good deal!
