So true. You get used to the power over time where no matter what it makes it starts to feel slower after awhile. By the time I sold my Cobra, it felt like a go-kart like I could just throw it around like a stock car.

And usually I would agree. I watched that link that was posted about a guy in a supra that kept chasing #'s and how he stated the car got less and less fun because it was broke all the time. I just feel like 500-550 is that happy medium for the tranny and motor. Plus I like drivin my turd.

Now that I will certainly agree with! A broken car is a no fun car. I'll be happy with my "slow" car because it seems like all the high HP cars are broken most of the time, or the guys are afraid to drive them hard because they break a lot of stuff and that doesn't seem fun at all. But man, when they are going fast it's fun as hell! I'll just enjoy it vicariously through my friends and enjoy my slow car running every time I want to drive it. lol.

It really is the truth. I love watching them but they do break. ALOT. I think the coyote would be happy at about 550. The rousch charger delivers just about that number. In the end it seems to be chasing your tail. You get beat you make your car faster then beat him. Then another car beats you and there you go again. it's true though you get used to power. Sometimes I drive mine and think something has broke just because it doesn't feel as quick.

Which is great for a track car taking a lot of driver error out of the equation.
