Quit trolling. No one is making "rules". What is "fast" is relative to the individual and their own backgrounds and experience. But when it comes to the racing scene and what it takes to be competitive is what I am referring to.

My 600hp car has lost 1 race out of the 2 months I've owned it, sounds pretty "competitive" to me.
