Both the Bilsteins and Tokico HP's are non-adjustable so with that being said, have you looked at the Koni STR.T's? Bilstein is pretty nice bought extremely expensive and I've used tokico HP's on our 99 Cobra, not a bad setup either. I've sold/ installed many Koni Oranges and with the sale going on ($330.00 shipped) they're very hard to beat.
