Talking Open FREE Track Day At Eagles Canyon Raceway Saturday 2/2

No Cars and Coffee for me Saturday, I'll be doing this:

**OPEN FREE TRACK DAY AT EAGLES CANYON RACEWAY THIS SATURDAY**

This coming Saturday, we will be hosting a FREE track day experience at Eagles Canyon Raceway, directly after Cars and Coffee. The track day will consist of lead and follow groups. We will be hosting open "sporty" street cars to full race cars from 11AM until dark on Saturday.

This is a FREE chance to explore the track, get a feel for what road racing is all about. We are allowing sports to sporty type cars, street cars to full blown race cars, to get out on track behind a pace car to engage in some high-level touring around the track. A possible full open "hot" track session for full race cars might take place, as well, this is also a Eagles Canyon Raceway member day, so you'll see some cars in action throughout the day

We will have classroom time in the clubhouse before each session to explain everything to you, as well as the ECR grill fired up! We'll call it "Cars and Lunch, at ECR".

So come out, spectate, join in, enjoy the afternoon... weather is calling for mid 60s/sunny!

I'm pretty sure my struts are on their last leg with my lowering springs. Waiting to install my Tokicos before I do much.

Struts won't cause you too much trouble. It's not ideal but you shouldn't hurt them. Just be prepared to buy new pads soon after this. lol

Here is what one aggressive session at CoE can do to a stock set of pads.

From posts 2 & 3 in this thread.
