New member from East TX area
Hey all! I live in the Tyler area, between Dallas and Shreveport. I'm a car guy first and a Ford/Mustang guy second. If it looks good, sounds good and goes like stink, then I'm into it.
I currently have a 12 GT that I've modded a bit. Previous I've owned a 08 GT500, LS2 GTO, and 98 SS over the past few years.
My goal is to have a street driven, comfortable, 10 second car. I think I have the power to do it, but now I need to get it to hook. Any help or advise is appreciated.

Welcome to the board. It's an amazing car you have there! You definetely have the power to go 10's with ease. Just seems you need some seat time and good tires.

Not really, I just did a couple of bolt ons and that is about it for now. I bought a new F150 a few months back and then decided I needed a new house with a 3 car garage so the plans for the Mustang will be on hold for a little while longer. Should give me some time to put some miles on her and then let the fun begin.

I understand. Good luck with the house and the coyote. Hmmmm...I wonder if the exhaust manifolds from your F150 could be modified to fit the 5.0?
