Need new heater Core & A/C Repaired

I know my dash has to come off to get this done. Does anyone have a good recommendation for someone who knows old Fox bodies like my '90 and won't bust up the center console or any of the plastic taking it apart to do the work?

I have a new heater core and evaporator, but don't know if I actually need an evaporator. I looked at the Mustang Monthly article on replacing both of these and think it's just slightly above what I want to try alone.

Probably need other new A/C components too, but will get them at the time it is done. Call me weird, but I want to keep it R-12 too.

So, does anyone have recommendations for where I can get this accomplished?

Oh yeah, I'm in the Lewisville area, but willing to take it anywhere in DFW metroplex if it's a great recommendation.
