Most AR15 with iron sights are going for 500-600$ with 200 rounds of ammo because of the gun scare and flooded market. Good looking rifle, but no where near worth $1800 or value of $2500. I would take those sights off ASAP and you may end up getting closer to $1800, but not as whole.
Good luck with the sale. It took me 3 months to sell a BNIB Bushmaster with sight and 2 magazines for $700.
