Hello Frank,
I'm Jerry Cecco, I'm assisting Corey White for the event.

Get to the track no later than 7am
There will be an ALL drivers meeting before we start
and novices will have special novice meeting after the ALL drivers meeting

We are planning this event to like our others for track time.
Typically session will last approx 20mins, and you have about 4 sessions in one day.
there will be 3-4 groups: novice, intermediate and advance/instructors
During your driving sessions, you should inspect your car and then cool off and drink water. I understand Saturday temps will be in the 90's, so stay
hydrated.

ALL novices will have an instructor in the car with you during all sessions.
the main differences between the classes is on track experience/skills. (NOT cars)
The instructors will assist drivers to learn the "line"
to move up to intermediate group, a driver needs to learn, understand and show on track car control. This will take some time. I did not advance to intermediate for a few track days. I also recommend drivers to stay in novice and LEARN from instructors.

Schedule: I'll be working with Corey in finalizing the time schedule this week and we will be handing it out in the ALL driver meeting.

We will have water at the track to drink, but I always suggest to drivers to bring your own cooler with water just in case.

ECR has in large indoor meeting/cafe room. I would recommend all drivers to visit that air conditioned room several times a day to cool off.
You can bring a pop up (many do) for your cars, but to stay cool use the air conditioned mtg room.

Make sure you have your car tech inspected. You need to bring this to the track, see here:

I would recommend that you make sure your brake pads and brake fluid newer and fresh.

If you have not paid for the event, go here: (scroll 1/2 down the page)

Spaces will fill up ESPECIALLY for novices as we have a limited number of instructors.
