It does suck. Having been on all three sides of that fence, lol, tow driver, owner, and insurance adjuster, I can say that. Tow driver has to jerk it on fast any way he can, owner gets broken, insurance has to pay it (should). Everybody gets pissed on but the bodyshop! Glad you weren't hurt. Just a car, right?*
*I curbed one wheel after about a week in perfect weather after and wasn't saying that!
