It's 7 years old, has no dings and the paint and interior are almost perfect. A few rock chips from not having clear bra but easily fixed.

Of the 18K+ miles, 14K+ of them have been at 700+ rwhp. Thus when it is driven, it gets DRIVEN.

I completely agree. But most don't exercise that level of critical thinking when it comes to a car purchase. Most car purchases are emotional decisions.
