Tokico HP Series vs Bilstein HD Series
 

Hey everyone, I haven't been online much and hope all is well! Quick question?

Anyone running these shocks or ran them? My car has Ford K Series lowering springs but I have OEM shocks and I am looking upgrade to one of these set ups. So I wanted to see what your thoughts are or preference between these two?

Bilstein HD Series

Any feedback is appreciate as I only have experience with Eibach suspension components. Thanks!

i havent experienced those but im running koni yellows and k springs and love the ride

I have looked at the Koni Yellows, are you happy with them?

yup only had them a week now but this is coming from slammed on coilovers lol

very nice! The OEM's are just to soft and I need to put something on in order to tame down the soft bounce of the car.

Both the Bilsteins and Tokico HP's are non-adjustable so with that being said, have you looked at the Koni STR.T's? Bilstein is pretty nice bought extremely expensive and I've used tokico HP's on our 99 Cobra, not a bad setup either. I've sold/ installed many Koni Oranges and with the sale going on ($330.00 shipped) they're very hard to beat.

I have looked at the STR's and they seem to be pretty popular. I also looked at the Koni oranges, they are priced a lot cheaper and more in people's range without breaking the bank. Non adjustable is ok for me because its just a daily and I simply want to firm up the ride. These Dallas roads are rough as hell and the OEM's just don't absorb enough of the bumps. Thanks for all the input!

I am using Koni STR.T with Steeda Springs and they work very good. My Car is daily driver and it has just the right balance of firm without punishing you over bad bumps.
