Alignment question
Went to get an alignment yesterday and was unable to get it done. the d2 coilovers are adjustable but you cannot get to them unless 1. off the car or 2. cut the strut tower. he suggested camber bolts but idk if they will work bc im so low. he did get to adjust the toe which helped alot bc i dont rub anymore. so the question is will camber bolts solve my issue...

You are maybe 1/4-1/2" lower than I am, and we still had a good amount of room in the camber adjustment with the bolts I bought from Dale (1* each side)
I say go ahead and try the camber bolts. If anything else, get with Fair @ Vorshlag to see what they might recommend. |
I felt I was just under the factory camber spec (0.75+/-0.5). Mine was (left and right)-.7 and -1) with my eibach camber bolts at full positive (tab toward tire) while just lowering with steeda sports (just 1").

Any suggestions on alignment shops?
Went to NTB in g-vine this morning they denied service due to the car being lowered. Were pretty much dickheads about it and made alignments sound like some impossible feat. From my understanding the computer pretty much tells you what to do? no? |

PM me your real name and number and I can forward it to him. |
The BC Racing coilovers are a very similar setup. What was your camber reading on the machine and what are your goals with the car? Camber bolts will help a little in your situation but properly adjusting the coilovers will be better in the long run.

I need to get the adjustment tools from d2 that will solve my problems. Goal would be not to rub
