Get with Bigworm Graphix, a sponsor on the site, for the hood spears and they do vent overlays as well. I had both in matte black on mine and loved it. Love that green.

2012mustang76123 08-04-2013 12:41 PM

That color is my top 3 colors I would love to own!!! Looks awesome!

garner 09-11-2013 04:06 AM

Dipped some stuff tonight
http://i1024.photobucket.com/albums/...ps2234f03a.jpg

I've already gotten the overspray off. I'll get better pics in the morning though after I do some quick detailer in those areas

garner 09-11-2013 03:48 PM

I'm iffy on the vents. Thinking maybe just do the slats in black instead of the whole thing

DirtyD 09-11-2013 03:55 PM

Carbon fiber vinyl from Big Worm Graphix.

garner 09-11-2013 04:33 PM

Nah no cf for me. I'm gonna be doing gloss black stuff from them and American muscle once I finally make up my mind

bird_dog0347 09-11-2013 04:54 PM

I've got a '14 GT/CS and they come with black vents in the hood. It really sets it off for me when looking at the car from the front. Leave it for a couple of weeks before you decide if you like it or not.

garner 09-15-2013 09:03 PM

Yeah it's starting to grow on me a lot.

Thinking about trying to trade for the standard 18s, then plastidip them black and do a green pin stripe. Opinions?

BV600 09-15-2013 09:30 PM

I have the standard 18s I would possible trade.

maxpayne 09-15-2013 10:01 PM

I would be interested in trading as well. If BV600 doesnt swap that is. Only 450 miles on my wheels/tires.

garner 09-18-2013 01:08 AM

Well scratch the 18s. Was at the dealer today trying to finally get my tint done(yes 2 months later and nothing, ugh lazy salesman) and checked out the 18s. The spokes continue onto the lip a little(kinda like mine now) which would ruin my idea because the pin stripe wouldn't be even :( Sorry guys!

garner 09-18-2013 01:09 AM

In other news I picked up some grabber green VHT paint and should be doing the coil pack covers and possibly the strut bar badge with it

garner 09-18-2013 09:23 PM

Finally got the windows done. 30% film on the doors, 5% film on the back windows. Wish I could've gone darker on the doors cause it's too light even at night, the back window is a little too light during the day but good at night

garner 10-02-2013 05:54 PM

Thinking about getting some nitrous for it. Probably stay around a 100 shot

garner 10-19-2013 06:37 PM

Should be picking up a set of staggered 19" gloss black am rtr replicas and a lethal offroad h pipe in the next week or 2

Also considering ordering gloss black roof decal and gloss black laguna seca style stripes(although I'm thinking about the rtr stripes cause the wheels)

You should do a converter first.

garner 10-28-2013 12:43 PM

Got the new wheels and offroad h pipe Saturday. Talk about a tight fit getting it home

DId you go with the Lethal ORH? How's the sound with the stock mufflers still in place?

Yupp lethal orh. Haven't installed yet, waiting for stock 19s to sell then I'll buy a tuner and install it

Ahh. Makes sense.

garner 10-28-2013 06:55 PM

I'm sure I could run it without a tune but lethal says it runs rich doing that. I read it as your mpg will go to shit, so I didn't wanna be getting like 13 mpg on the trip back from Houston. The 20.4ish I got both ways is low enough

Yeah, don't do it. It will just foul your 02's and smell/run like crap. It's not going to make that much of a difference that it can't wait until you have time to do it properly. I've got the Lethal H as well. It sounds "okay", but then again I'm not a big fan of how these new 5.0's sound to begin with. The Hpipe/Gt500's was the closest I could get to the classic Mustang sound.

I'm hoping my MRT midpipe and the boss side pipes will make that as best I can

You'll be fine as long as you don't sit in a lot of bumper to bumper traffic.

DirtyD 10-28-2013 07:49 PM

Luckily there isn't much over here. I don't smell much, of hardly any now. I have to be sitting for a few minutes already.

But I'm after the same sound that you are.

That will change with the pipes coming out of the sides by your door rather than the rear bumper.

What percent window tinting do you have?

5% over 30 on the doors, 5% on back window, none on windshield

maxpayne 10-29-2013 12:07 AM

Where do you have your stock wheels/tires listed for sale?

Looks good. Also looks a bit too dark though, do you get bothered by police for it?

Just local Craigslist for now

Only had it about 2 weeks but nothing so far. The 5% on the doors is just static cling so if I'm told something about it I'll just peel it off. The permanent tint is legal(30% doors, 5% back window)

Does the static cling appeared blurred like it used to when it first came out or has it gotten better? About 5 years ago I tried it and the visibility was hazy.

It's actually pretty clear, surprisingly
http://i1024.photobucket.com/albums/...psbaaf85dc.jpg

My install wasn't the best so I'm sure it could be even clearer if I redid it

*dont mind the reflections, I can't really see those when looking out*

garner 11-03-2013 02:10 AM

Think I have my stock 19s sold. Now thinking about selling the orh. I'm so iffy on increasing how loud the car is cause it's already loud to me(my trucks were super quiet). How much louder does it make the car?

Also thinking about doing pearl white accents and stripes instead of black but not sure how it'll look

garner 11-07-2013 12:17 AM

Well did my own mods today(the bad ones) so gonna see what parts insurance will let me upgrade. Supposedly geico will put the factory wheels back on(2 of the aftermarket are messed up) but that would be a lot more money so idk

maxpayne 11-07-2013 11:36 AM

What happened???? Pics?
