Finally Got My Suspension Done

So I finally got all of my suspension stuff on. My setup is in my sig. The car is currently getting an alignment and getting the UCA and mount installed. I love it, but it is a little bouncier than stock.

Looks awesome, love the stance. Wheels really set it off too.

Looks great man! Really helped the car look that much better.

Now get some taller sidewall tires and the ride comfort will recover a little bit.

Did Patrick end up helping you?

Looks good, the more and more I see the AMRs in 20 I want them but talk myself outta it for some reason. Are they heavy? What center cap is that?

maxpayne 10-09-2013 11:46 AM

That stance is sick!!

Only thing I would do now is either paint the calipers black/red or purchase some black/red brembos. Other than that, you are set brother. Looks killer!

Thanks guys. I wrapped the center caps in cf like the trunk and roof. The 20s are a little heavy. I eventually want to go to the wide forgestar 18s vorshlag offers with wider/taller tires. I eventually want the 2013 gt500 brake kit as well if it will clear those 18s some how. I ended up getting alex (darkhelmet) to align it here in ft worth.

Wish I could see the pics on my computer here at work. :(
Now there will be no more "I don't have my car" excuses.

Looks great! Perfect in my opinion. Not too low.

Thanks yall. I'm really impressed with how planted the rear feels now, even on my crappy rubber band tires. It hooks much better, cant wait to see what it's like with better wheels and tires.

The rims are not that heavy. I mounted one for him when I did the alignment.

You still have the LTs on it? Have you noticed them having any dragging problem since you lowered it?

The front weighed like 26 id like to knock off 6 or 7ish lbs each if I could.

I have dragged the clamp on the passengers side going from the x to the collector a bit, but that was on one of these nice, tall fort worth neighborhood speed humps near tcu. Haven't hit the primaries yet. I have a pretty good idea of what I can and cant roll over now. It's not bad.

They didn't hit the alignment rack when I pulled it in.
