I don't think anyone is sticking up for the dealer really, but rather more concerned the dealer won't give a crap about passing along Zeek's ragged out Stang onto some other unknowing new owner thinking the dealer would actually check the car out before reselling it.

That's why I wont buy a used sports car. Like Jeff said on another post, I don't want someone's rape victim. It's hard enough getting them to fix issues under warranty, brand new.

No. 1st off if you buy a used car you should inspect it. If I were buy in that car and saw things wrong you'd be able to low ball em so bad you'd be getting a real good deal on the car. 2ed All it really needed was new tires and an alignment and maybe some touch up paint.
