Are you saying that he needs to shift at 7300? If so, there is no point in doing so. That's ~600-700 RPM over where the car makes peak power, and it's way outside the optimum shift points on the car. These cars seem happiest when shifted around 6900-7000 RPM if you are relatively a minor bolt-on car.

Right but he's shifting at like 6800 ATM. Raise it to 7300 and shift at 7k or whatever he's making it a deal that he's determine what gears by the stock red line. Who keeps the stock red line!

Ahh, yeah, I got ya. Definitely what I would recommend. I think my car is set to rev limit at 7200, but I shift as close to 7000 as I can.
