Okay, I Googled him. Guitar player for Audioslave. Yeah, the guy definetely has talent and I am/was a casual fan of Audioslave. I'd listen to them when they came on the radio but never bought an album. I did own a couple of Soundgarden albums back in the day though.

My main rock choices -

-Metallica (Nothing after the black album
-Godsmack
-Korn
-STP
-Alice in Chains
-Nirvana

Any many others. Those are just off the top of my head I can think of that in my car. Most of my rock music will be 90's era rock/alternative type.

I'm down with everything mentioned in this thread so far. I can get a little heavier too.
Always liked Rage. Not the #1 fan, but listened to them. Gained some respect when the told UK fans that if their 10 year old song was #1 on the charts over Simon Cowell latest pop shit that they would do a show. They did the show for free! Thought that was badass of them.

Ive never enjoyed the real heavy thrash metal music. Old Metallica is probably as close as i get to that stuff.
