Picked this up last week, '87 coupe with a 4eye front and rear conversion. Still running the SD system, T5 and 3.73's in the rear. Sand Beige interior is amazingly clean, especially since she used to be a State Trooper car.

Very clean! I assume this is why you are putting the Coyote back to stock?For the most part. That and I don't want to build the motor in the blue car yet. Over 700 hp was fun, but it was hurting the stocker, needs to be forged at that level if it's going to live for a while.

Interesting, any more pics of the car next to it also?It's just an ordinary run of the mill 1985 CApri RS with a 302 and a T5. 150k miles and completely stock (including the original clutch) save for the 5 lug conversion. The guy I bought the coupe from is picking her up on Friday (made him a killer deal). Here's a few pics -

Can't, the coupe is still 4 lug and the Capri has been converted to 5 lug.

i have a hard time believeing the 11.87 @117 with the minor upgrades and no slicks. i have seen a 2011 run 12.2 with slicks and similar upgrades but was a auto which i hate to say it but are faster than manuals. but nice car anyway. also nice capri you just dont see those around anymore sweet

I've been doing this a long time and can row with the best of them. And for the record, she goes 11.60's now. Wonder how fast she was with the KB installed?

Oh look, a Fox coupe on Welds, how original. Decided to leave her 4 lug so I can switch back to the 10 holes when I feel like it, so I rang up LMR and ordered a set of Welds. Nittos seem to hold up better for street driving, even though they suck at the track. It'll do for now!
