Introducing the Type AR carbon fiber appearance package for your Ford Mustang. The kit is meticulously designed and carefully crafted by Anderson Composites, a well-known manufacturer of carbon fiber and fiberglass custom body parts for domestic muscle cars. The package includes the front chin splitter. As the name suggests, it splits the oncoming air stream apart preventing it from creating a high-pressure area underneath the car, which otherwise creates lifting power thus reducing traction at high speed.

The same goes for side rocker panel splitters. They prevent the air from the sides from going underneath the car. Also, the kit includes the rear diffuser which reduces the turbulence effect by smoothing out the fast-moving airflow from underneath and its transition into the ambient atmosphere. The resulting effect improves the car’s aerodynamic properties and creates additional downforce.
