If you don't find anyone, you might give the dealership a call. You might be surprised at the price. I bought 4 tires, mount, and balance from bob tomes and they were the cheapest of all the places I looked.

Find out when their security shift change is. Start right before that then tell them to fuck off since you'll be half way done. Dealt with this once in an HOA situation. They can't do anything about it.
