Finally getting around to posting pics the new wheels and suspension.

Put the wheels on because I got a nail in my stock tires and didn't want to buy a new one. Helllooooooo wheel gap! haha

After suspension install. (HUGE thanks to Bacadiesel for helping me pretty much doing the install for me. It was a lot better than trying to do it in my 1 car garage with hand tools) Took me a couple weeks to get it all dialed in and even.

Wheels are Avant Garde M510
19x9.5 +30 all around
Nitto NT555 275/35/19 all aroud

BC Racing coilovers
BMR adj. Panhard bar
BMR LCA
BMR LCA relocation bracket
BMR UCA mount
BMR adj. UCA (still need to get the pinion angle right)
-- also a big thanks to Jayman33 and Hypermotive for helping me pick out parts

I have to say they aren't bad for the price. Amazing? not at all, but I'm very happy with them. I haven't had a chance to test them at AutoX but the car feels MUCH better as a whole on interstate and on city streets.

These are all iphone pictures. I'd like to get the car detailed and get some good pictures soon. Hope ya'll like it and if you are curious out Avant Garde Wheels let me know.

Looking good. Almost went with those wheels, only reason I didn't was got the niche cheaper. You will notice a big difference with the 275 compared to stock

Looks damn good! Frank is a good guy for sure, anyone on the North side of Ft Worth (or anywhere close for that matter) should be using him for all your work. As soon as I get the suspension parts in for the Scamp, he'll be getting the call once again.

Thanks, guys! I've been thinking about going with 275/40's in the rear next set of tires. I think it would look a little better.

And yeah, Frank was awesome. I'd definitely call him up if I need more work done.

Sooo much better. Full hard is a bit too munch and conpromises regular driving, i feel. If I was a little higher, full soft is actually really comfortable but still no crazy body roll or pitching.

Right now I'm still on the softer half of the settings but stuff enough so that the car feels really composed in corners. I love it and my kidnies don't hate me. Haha

Why not go 285/35/19 all around next time? Those will fit a 9.5 wheel great, and give you a little more sidewall, plus a little extra contact

New combo looks great!

I am glad to see more people going to a wide, square tire setup. Besides the benefit of being able to rotate them, the extra meat up front makes a big difference in the handling department.

Having a square setup with the car not setup proper will also induce understeer.

Truth, run a little negative camber in the front and problem solved.

yup, I haven't had a chance to really test it out. I've taken a few sharp turns pretty aggressively and it's felt really composed but I'll probably have to adjust camber a little bit for an AutoX or track day.

If anything, it seems the rear end is more apt to slide out now than before, this may also be that, until recently, it's been pretty damn cold and I'm now on summer tires instead of all season. Or is that nonsensical?

I think 285/35 in the rears would just be a little to big. I went really aggressive with the offsets so I could have a show and go look and they are pretty much perfectly flush with the fenders now at 275/35 Eventually I'm going to get some 18" wheels for a dedicated track tire but I need to continue improving and learning the car before I can justify that purchase.

UNFORTUNATELY, the way the BC's are set up I can't easily access the camber bolts.... Do ya'll think it would be structurally ok for me to cut into the strut tower just enough to give access to the bolts? Or maybe drill a hole so I can get the allen through it.

A 285/35 isn't even 0.5" wider in section width, so you will see less than 1/4" increase on how far out the sidewall of the tire sits.
