I have magnaflow catback woth pypes x pipe. Personally it is to quiet for me. Trying to decide if I want to gut my factory cats or just buy deletes. What are your thoughts?
Buy deletes there cheap and then you can go back to stock later.

I have a pair of stock cats I'll sell if you want to stick with the OEM fit.

Thinking about getting these but I'm not running the stock h-pipe. My X-pipe slips on. Will it still work?

I have Jegs Stainless Cat Deletes; fits perfect with FRPP X pipe. I did research before getting the Jegs. Known for great fit and no leaks. The are available in Aluminum and Stainless.
I've been real happy with this setup.
Next for me will be Kooks LT's and O/R X. These will not work with my X and Deletes.

I have Jegs cat deletes. For both my factory mid and 3" h pipe. Don't mess with gutting the cats.

Question for the O/R guys. Was the gain noticable?

That's because you didn't run a tune on it. Lol
Get it tuned for no cats and it's noticeable.

It's been tuned for over a month now lol. And to the track. Same times but 1ish mph more trap speed. Wheels and tires were also changed, different weather too
First trip to the track with tune, only netted a best of 12.8@111, so basically the same time as without a tune
Non tune on the left, tune on the right

Wheels/tires went from 275/40 sumitomo htr z3 on 19x10 AMR wheels to 235/55 yokohama yk580 on 18x8.5 factory gt/cs bullits

If you didn't notice anything, then something was wrong. Tune and deleting cats are the two biggest N/A power mods
