If you defered one can you then take defensive driving 4months later for another ticket; same city/county?

Yes. The DSC for deferred doesn't count towards your 1 for the year

Think it depends on how the court worded the deferred. Did it say you couldn't get a ticket at all or that you couldn't be found guilty?

As much driving as you I'm surprised you don't get MUCH more tickets than you do. I bet you probably drive more on a daily basis than anyone here.

I've definitely have had my fair share of tickets. Hell I think I paid for Garland's new jail and court house. I have had at least one ticket in every major city on the Dallas side. The older I get the more I have slowed down, I still do at least 5 over but I try to dodge going 10 plus over now days. If I had to guess I've gotten around 20 tickets and have been pulled over at least 40 times. I've gotten out of a lot of tickets, it pays not to be a dick to a cop when he pulls you over. Sometimes they will let you go.
