Car is lagging/sputtering really bad in every gear. Not sure what the problem is. Once over 3500rpm or so and WOT it runs like a champ. After driving 30min or so parked car for a couple hours went back out to start, would start up but then on idle down it would just cut off, took about 5 times to actually get it to start and keep running. Not sure what the problem is. Anyone have any ideas would be appreciated...

This sounds familiar...

Where did the install take place? And who tuned it?

All this without a check engine light?

Most likely the car is not running at WOT right either, you probably are not noticing the lack of power. Similar events just happened to my SC 2013, but I was throwing codes eventually.

What injectors?

JKS in mansfield did all the work, and tuned it on the dyno with an SCT. A/F is all over the place also. Running the 74lb injectors, 2.8LC kenne bell, Boost-A-Pump, Kooks Headers into Borla S-type cat-back. 1-piece driveshaft also but thats got nothing to do with it. Got a CEL after he was done the first time, P0219A which is A/F imbalance, took it back fixed it no CEL now just lag and sputtering.

#8 MOST LIKELY. Hopefully its just a tune issue.

Kinda what I'm thinking, taking tomorrow to hopefully get it fixed. If not going to get another opinion from another shop that dyno tunes. Any suggestions if I have to go that route..?

Do you mean 72lb? I had a similar issue with my procharged 12, ended being the injectors flowed improperly.

Try Tim at TS.

Try some different injectors. If the spray pattern is messed up, then that would be the problem. Inconsistent fuel spray.

Pick up some FRPP 80#

I would try this. I went to some 72s from a off brand company who said "flow matched within 1%" lol wasn't the case.

Then Amazon who was tuning the car told me 60s and Id be find...Joke again.

Then Finally I spent the money on Lethals 72s

Probablly over 1000 in injectors not including the tuner change.....Learned my lesson

Trey,

It’s the flux capacitor!:Grenade:

What's up with everyone jumping on the #8?

If you have a jacked up a/f. Check it with both o2 sensors. If they are both all over the place I'd say crap injectors. Honestly you should have just went strait to id1000s. Look at the maf too and see if it's all over the place.

Actually before all of that check for a vacuum leak with a can on carb cleaner while the car is running.

No leaks, O2's are good, MAF's good. Thinkin it may be the injectors, he's ran a different tune about 4x's still the same. Runs great over 4k rpm anything under or in high gear jerks around like crazy. Must've put the wrong things in the flux capacitor :Caffeine:

If my motor was running that bad I wouldn't be reving it above 4k unless it was on the dyno. Unless you don't mind blowing a motor then rev all you want.
