"Digital Medicines

Shifting the Care Paradigm

Proteus Digital Health is working to create a new category of products and services with the potential to significantly improve the effectiveness of existing pharmaceutical treatments. We call the category Digital Medicines.

Digital Medicines will be the same pharmaceuticals you take today, with one small change: each pill will also contain a tiny sensor that can communicate, via our digital health feedback system, vital information about your medication-taking behaviors and how your body is responding.

In partnership with companies including Otsuka Pharmaceutical and Novartis, we are furthering the development and future commercialization of Digital Medicines. We believe this will help people throughout the healthcare spectrum:"

Seems like another step towards a chip in your hand or forehead to buy or sell goods, no thanks. Big brother just keeps getting bigger.

First make everybody in the country have health care
Second, start putting this shit out there as a "preventative".

It's getting really scary. At first I thought this was fake. The video I saw about it seemed like more of the typical doomsday illuminati, propaganda crap. It was some type of long interview. Anyway, the lady mentions the company putting these pills out named Proteus, so I did a quick google and got this.

Write to your State Representative and tell them about your concerns. THe next time you vote, AND YOU SHOULD VOTE, pick for the one that will avoid such regulations such as these. Technology is surely changing our world.

Seems a little silly to me. You have the right to say "no" to any treatment your doctor wants to give you. /shrug
