I was wondering if there were any tips to make this Volvo 740 start a little easier on cold mornings. It's a fuel injected 2.3 non-turbo. Does anyone have any suggestions? The car always starts, but it takes a while depending on the temperature. I don't want to end up burning up my starter. Thanks.

Interesting, a Swede that doesn't like cold mornings.

Well the old 7.3 diesel that ford trucks had didn't like starting in cold weather, or older vehicles in general. You may want to look into a block heater.

It made all the difference in the world on my dad's 2000 7.3. Not only did it start easier, but it also blew hot air from the heater way faster. You can add those? How do they work?
