1999-2004 Mustangs came with a honey-comb style factory grille. That all changed with the introduction of the 2003-04 Mach 1. These special edition Stangs featured a factory GT bumper with the addition of a chin spoiler and grille delete from the factory. These parts added an aggressive styling and in the case of the grille delete, even added some increased cooling performance! The Mach 1 grille delete and chin spoiler quickly became the must have parts for the all 99-04 Mustang GT and V6 models.
Our SVE grille delete is an improvement upon the Ford Mach 1 version. It simplifies the installation; making this the ultimate exterior mod for any New Edge Mustang! With the SVE version you do not have to attach the lower hardware, also known as pal nuts. It features a support lip that makes for a simple slide on installation.
