View Full Version : In Car Video at Redline - 6.82@106

Got a new GoPro and tried it out Saturday. Need to find a better position for incar vids but this was a good start. This run kind of sucked - my foot came off the gas pedal when I launched. You can hear the car "stall" hahah, that's just driver error. Went 6.70@108 when I kept it to the floor.

Hey - that is mounted on my rollbar's lower crossbar actually. Never even thought about the back glass but it'd be too far back I think. I'd like to figure out a good way to mount it on the pass. seat.

rforbes - that was a 1.57 60' but my foot popped off the gas on the launch -doh. They are normally 1.49-1.51. I've had a best of 1.478 but that was cooler weather.

Basically, built 3v with a Whipple 2.3L Gen I blower on e85. She's got all the goodies on her. It's a TR3650 5 speed manual, too. I may switch to a Freddy Brown 4R70W next year but that's not cheap. Going clutchless would put it over the top I think.

I also have nitrous 8-] but haven't made a track pass with that yet. That will happen soon I hope!
