I'm on a big health kick at this point in my life. Training, eating clean etc.

It's important to take a multi-vitamin and drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep. You'll feel better in no time.

Once you feel better, get your ass in the gym, eat right, drink lots of water and wash your hands more! :D

I know steve! But I did tell my wife when I first felt bad it was nile. LOL As soon as I feel better I'll be getting back to the gym. If anyone here gets it just know it sucks balls

Man, that west nile stuff is scary because we can get bitten anytime, anywhere outdoors. I need to take stock out in mosquito repellant. Lol

A guy down the street got infected with West Nile. It put him in the hospital for a few days. Scary stuff.
