People say they are nutritious and healthy but that you shouldn't eat them. WTF am I missing here?

Cholesterol and fat in the yolks. 3 eggs a week shouldn't hurt anything.

Most nutritious part of the egg from what I understand. But if your looking to count calories I'd axe it from your diet. Talking in ups of 800 calories I believe.

There is approximately 72 calories in one whole large egg.

If you are watching your cholesterol levels closely, you can put one or two whole eggs mixed with just some egg whites to reduce the amount.

As with anything, moderation is key.

Always wondered this. Maybe I should have a blood sample examined. I was easily eating three eggs for breakfast. I feel fine though lol.

The Cholesterol in the yolk has been proven to NOT impact your normal blood cholesterol level... the yolks are high in calories but high in nutritional value as well.
