This is DFW, the market is pretty strong here I imagine. PM people with your resume, try to get in touch with someone. Most places though, you have to submit your resume and apply on a website. Unless you know someone in HR or someone here is VERY good acquaintances of someone in HR where they work, then you will need to apply to the respective companies online.

I just found out last week that my job is ending in October (after 5 years) so I'm looking for another full time position in IT. I've been going to Northlake for the past year studying EMC accredited classes in VMWare 5.0 and EMC Information Storage Management.

The catch 22 I find myself in is that every job posted on the boards are looking for Senior level techs. Well how do you get to be a Sr. without first getting the required years of experience? So that's where I am now. I've cut my teeth on the basics although it's not what I get to do everyday. I am asking if anyone in the IT industry is currently looking for or knows someone looking to fill an entry level VMware/Storage position. If so, please let me know via PM and I can forward a copy of resume and answer any questions you may have about my previous work history etc. Thanks in advance.

Been doing computers and networking since 1982 at TI.

Nice.

Neighbor's son is living the dream. Drag race photog full time for himself and the fiance. I've shot for him a few times (cheap but I had a good time shooting from the rail). Unfortunately my family and I are addicted to eating, so the day job's steady paycheck is where I am at.

yup the richardson one!

I haven't worked on the S3 in a while, so im not exactly sure.. but it just depends on carriers as well.

in richardson we work on AT&T and all the mvno's, like metropcs, us cellular.

sprint samsungs are done in kansas(went there for 6 months, i'll never go back), and T-mobile and some AT&T work in Seattle.

Just recently switched back to my previous profession. I currently repair, service and install garage doors and automatic gates. I work for a really good company and also working on a partnership in another. That being said, if any of you have any issues with your residential or commercial garage door/gate, let me know.

My dad and I own a roofing company. He has been in business for 27 years. We are going to start the buy out process here shortly so I will be the sole owner.

I deliver roofing supplies to this fool and others.
Get off the computer and get me some work to do!!!! Lol. :Wedgie:

Congrats and good luck with the buy out!
