Checking in from Richardson

Hi all! I've grown up in a family of Mustang enthusiasts, and finally after 4 years in the Air Force, I've been able to settle in and trade up to my 2012 5.0. I'm in the Richardson area, originally from around Garland, and work in the Tech department for Texas811.

My stang's still stock - it came with the 3.73 gears already installed, so I can already check that off the list. Realistically looking to put in a Barton ShortShifter (http://www.americanmuscle.com/barton-mt82-2post-kit.html), BBK CAI (http://www.americanmuscle.com/bbk-cai-2011gt.html), Magnaflow Tru-X X-pipe (http://www.americanmuscle.com/magnaflow-offroad-xpipe-2011gt.html), and a Magnaflow Competition Catback Exhaust (http://www.americanmuscle.com/magnaflow-competition-catback-2011gt.html);; and *hoping* to eventually be able to add in a supercharger, possibly the Roush Phase 3 (http://www.americanmuscle.com/roush-r2300-phase-3-supercharger-1114gt.html)...

Having just got the stang, I definitely needed to find a hub with other enthusiasts, and a local hub at that make it all the better. Stoked to be here, look forward to reading up on the stockpile of knowledge here!

You are definitely in the right area to meet people as most of our member seem to be Dallas area. There is a weekly meet on Fridays at Coit and 190 too

True :D So I'm tryin to work out making this Friday work -- If I read the sticky thread right, it'll be this Friday, 9p - ?, 190 & Coit, behind the McD -- also thinkin bout bringing my dad out - bad economy made him have to forfeit his 03 Cobra but now that he's in a better position, I think I'm gonna throw all the persuasion I can at him to get him back behind the wheel ^_____^
