Man, technology is COOL! :) So, as you guys know, I had some shifting problems at the track and figured it was costing me some ET and MPH. My best time was a 7.5@96/11.5@124. Well, I haven't got my issue fixed yet, but I was hoping to see what it was and how much it was costing me. It's hitting the 7700 rpm rev limiter. Looking at the data log, the rev limiter hit on the 1-2 is costing me .4 seconds and 6MPH! (how many mph it gains in that .4 after hitting 2nd). On top of that, it was banging the 2-3 as well, but I didn't log that just now. It wasn't quite as severe, so maybe not as much of an impact. I'm VERY encouraged. This thing should have a GOOD TEN @ some decent MPH even at 2000' DA! NOW to get out to HPP and get it fixed!

Feel free to post the log Doug. :)

It wasn't much of a true log... just hit record and hit made a hit in first until it shifted and then for a couple seconds into second gear. I wanted to see if it was hitting the rev limiter or something else was going on. Tune looks pretty safe. Timing was 17@5000rpm, 16@6000 and 15.5@7000 and 15@7500. No knock sensor activity. AFR's were .78 or so at WOT.

Nice, Doug. I'd like to catch a ride in that thing if you ever get a chance. :)

Good to know for sure... I bet you feel a little relieved.

We need to line em up, stop or roll or both.

Manny sent me a new tune last night, so I'll get it installed and try to log a little more and see if that's it.

I drive a VW CC, but the vert is almost done.

I cut a 1.67 on these 19's on it's first track outing...hoping to bring it down a little more with some more testing.....

Also... Manny left the options unlocked so I can make some small tweaks to shift points, etc. if at the track. Apparently, the tune has WOT shift points at mph and as you all know, the wheel height and gearing makes every car a little unique. I'll get the shifts cleaned up this weekend! Woohoo!
