Here are some video's I took during the event yesterday. Was a ton of fun and I will for sure be doing more events in the future. I figured out quickly that my tires were horrible and the surface at that location sucked as well.

hopefully next time some of you fools will join me...:alone:

we need to get a bunch of us to go out there that way we are more competing against each other and not worry as much about the rest of the cars.

The next events are in Mineral Wells (7/14, 10/6, 11/2, 11/3) and Mesquite again (8/4, 9/22) I will try and do another one around August, or September

Yeah I'll go next time. You could shave off a lot of time with a couple pointers and little more seat time.

You could compete in F stock with another 5.0 that was there and prolly place and win some money!

That's cool stuff - a Buick buddy of mine does that. I've been considering it, too.

I've done a few of these years ago in my old '95. I would always get lost! Lmao! They are really fun though.

It's a load of fun. OP in your other thread you said you were in STU? ER must class differently than scca. Your car would be in ESP at scca events. Unless you have 18x9's with 265's all around. :-/

the way i read the rules because I have 19x9.5 with 275s on all corners is what put me in STU instead of STX. I dont remember what the rules for ESP were but I could look into it

Car classification in scca calls for you to be in stx. As far as competing in a pure street tire class goes anyways. ESP has similar rules as StU/STX but they allow DOT race tires. http://scca.cdn.racersites.com/prod/assets/2013%20Solo%20Rules%20Book%20updated%205-1.pdf

Page 187 or so. You have lca's and relo brackets correct? Iirc that moves you to sm. Oh well. Mod your car how you want. Autocross is just a stepping stone to the big tracks where these heavy pigs can shine!
