I have a 13 with 3.15 gears, Brenspeed 93 race tune, JLT CAI, Magnaflow tru fit X pipe with cat delete and competition catback, Eibach sportline springs, Wheels are dark stars 17x4.5 front and 18x10.5 rear with 28x12x18" MT sportsman S/R tires, ran a 7.98 in the 1/8 at redline, was just wondering if this was a pretty good time for just the boltons I have, havent dynoed car yet, but pretty happy with the time, have a set of 4.10's in garage just waiting to put them in and will post times after install.

As warm as it was this weekend thats not too bad, about right. Your rears tires are probably hurting more than they are helping. Thats a huge tire with the stock gears and converter. The 4:10s will pick up a ton using that tire even then though that tire is still a bit over kill.

What was your 60ft and mph?

For a comparison, my car is an A6 with 3.15's, bama performance tune, o/r x and I ran 8.07 @ 88, 1.94 60' on stock Goodyear's w/Brembo wheels. Only got 3 passes in and it was picking up a little each run, just ran out of time that night. Also, I was running in October so the weather was much better than now.

I'd also say that your sportlines are hurting you as well. thats a big drop and a stiff spring to be running on the drag strip.

Here are a few of my runs in my A6 in Sept '12:

#1) 1.947 60', [email protected] [email protected]
#2) 1.941 60', [email protected] [email protected]
#3) 1.920 60', [email protected] [email protected]

Mods at the time were a TS Tune, cat delete pipes, GT500AB and a K&N on a 19" MT DR.

I'm hoping for at least 7.8x's with the DR's, I've got 15's though so hopefully that'll help a little compared to the 19's you were running. Then I'll be putting the converter in and finishing up the nitrous, hoping for 6's and 10's.

I used to think Sportlines hurt more than they helped, but I've seen several cars here recently that have them installed that are running 1.5x 60's. The newer cars don't seem as picky as the last gen's were.
