Hello gents looking into hid kits for my lower fog lights the chart I found said fog lights are 9145s but it didn't specify upper or lower fog lights? I have the 2012 GT with the premium package upper and lower fog lights.

So you have the GT/CS style fogs lights and the grill fog lights?

The small projector style are H11 bulb, and I think the grill fogs are H10/9145 as you stated.

If I may say though, don't just go and buy the cheap HID kit you can find. Do a little research, find reputable companies and what products they carry, and you will be much happier, and get much better light performance in the end (even of they are in halogen housings).

I would recommend www.theretrofitsource.com for your kit. But you don't have to buy there.

Oh yeah, forgot you have the roush fogs.

Both sets of fogs should be 9145/H10. You should be able to confirm this by looking at the stamp on the female end of the bulb itself.

Xentec is decent. If you are ordering from Stangmods, or somewhere like that, you shouldn't have a problem, but I haven't have much experience with them.

Honestly, I would go with a higher quality ballast at least (TRS Morimoto is a great setup) and buy the bulbs for another place. Bulbs are fairly inexpensive decent quality units, but if you get cheap ballasts to begin with, you may end up paying more in the long run.
