No performance gain but..
I have a bassani after cat X pipe that I installed on the car after the borla s AB, didnt like how much it toned the borlas down so I removed it and put the factory H back on and cut the reso's off. Not a huge fan of the sound with no resonators "not deep enough for me" but it is loud and fuels my ego on a daily baisis..
The question now.........is, do I just leave the X alone until I finally go longtubes and off road? Install with the current setup "ab/no reso's" and see if it sounds good? or sell it?
